The Role Delivering high-quality training and assessment to our valued students.
Your role and responsibilities include: Delivering innovative learning and assessment material that is supplied to you; Utilising our online LMS system, assess submitted theory material and provide feedback to ensure students learn and gain required knowledge prior to attending practicals.
Deliver training and assessment that provides hands-on simulated work experience and provide constructive feedback and work with students to improve their life skills and employability.
Management of the venue including other trainers.
ABOUT YOU... The ideal candidate will have EEHA and HV experience.
Must have an exciting training persona, with great communication skills.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 / TAE40122) or a qualification at diploma level or higher in Adult & Vocational Education (Required).
Experienced in delivering two or more courses that Volt Edge offer, with potential to expand further knowledge/learning within the electrical industry.
The more courses that the trainer can deliver determines the salary.
Ability to utilise a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools that would ensure a successful training program, as well as making changes to materials as per compliance regulations.
Advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of online learning initiatives, including computer skills and IT.
Must be able to travel state-wide and interstate rarely.
