What does the role look like? Training plays a vital role in supporting Brandt's training and development initiatives.
The Training Administrator role is responsible for managing student enrollments and training activities, maintaining training data, producing reports, preparing and amending documentation, and assisting with various projects.
This position is essential in fostering a positive learning environment and helping employees reach their full potential.
Duties and Responsibilities include: Support student enrolments in training courses and programs.
Monitor course completions and inform managers/employees of status.
Communicate vendor bulletins and training requirements (e.g., Deere NMQ).
Process training grant applications and final reports (apprenticeship claims).
Work with supervisors and trainers to coordinate training events and maintain records (e.g.
completions, cost information, etc.).
Maintain training reports and records, ensuring employee records are accurate and complete.
Produce routine and on-demand training and certification reports (e.g.
Deere certifications).
Compile and publish training feedback and evaluations.
Administer publishing and distribution of professional quality, print-based training materials (e.g.
manuals, handbooks, tests, handouts, etc.).
Format and distribute training presentations (e.g.
in MS Power Point, online programs).
Update training materials/information.
What are we looking for? Solid foundation of administrative knowledge and prior experience in using MS Office applications (i.e.
Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word).
Experience in HR, Training or Safety desirable but not essential.
Experience in Work Cover claims will be highly regarded.
Able to work well collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Highly self-directed, organized and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage priorities and achieve work-related objectives and goals.
Demonstrates a commitment to learning about Brandt's products and business.
Demonstrates professionalism and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
