We have a newly created Training Compliance Manager role to support our Utilities division to implement, maintain and report on the quality standards and functions of the Training Compliance resources, and to lead key improvement initiatives.
This role can be based out of our Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane offices.

About The Role In this role you will support the Sector Leads and Operational leadership who have accountability to manage compliance across their contracts.
You will have experience in a high level of interpretation of training standards and conditions and the capacity to develop and review the required procedures, documentation, and processes to ensure compliance is effectively governed across all contracts and key clients.
You can really make this role your own, and lead key improvement initiatives across the division and look for opportunities where we can optimise.
Key Responsibilities Governance - developing and maintaining the governance over training compliance for the Utilities division, managing updates and change notifications from Clients, supporting mobilisation of new contracts, and identifying strategic partnership opportunities with training providers.
Process Improvement - Identifying and proposing initiatives to improve the Utilities approach to managing training compliance.
Optimisation - Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs and inefficiencies in training compliance while enhancing resource utilisation across the division for specific projects and overall improvements.
Reporting - Provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Auditing - Develop and implement a schedule of regular training compliance audits to ensure our process and record keeping is aligned to client and industry requirements.
Projects - As required to support ongoing efforts and improvements in training compliance.
About You Our ideal candidate will have: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable).
Experience in a similar role in a complex organisation with a high level of understanding of working across legislative, industry-based and client directed training requirements.
Demonstrated record of planning, leading and achieving organisational objectives and outcomes.
Significant success and experience in building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and industry networks.
Demonstrated experience in independently leading and completing projects, with the ability to deal effectively with multiple conflicting priorities and complex problems.
Ability to write reports to all levels of the business in reference to training outcomes and action plans.
