As a Transaction Banking Manager, you will be part of a national solutions team that partners with businesses around the country to optimise and innovate the way they manage the flow of cash and data between their customers, suppliers, and employees.
You will provide specialist advice in this arena of expertise – that being transaction banking, or interchangeably referenced in industry as financial technologies (fin-tech) or digital business banking solutions.
You will ultimately be responsible for retaining existing customers while acquiring new ones in a dedicated region or industry, working with relationship bankers and product partners who come together to front our clients with the best-in-market experiences and to achieve our goal of helping Aussie businesses succeed.
What do I need? To be set up for success, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate previous experience in a relationship or business development role with a focus on either B2 B or within the payments industry.
We will also consider candidates from a fintech, treasury/finance role and/or a consulting background provided these functions have experience with driving customer outcomes.
Additionally, the successful candidate will also have a positive mindset, strong communication skills (written and verbal), a customer centric mindset, a problem-solving attitude, and a collaborative approach to working with your peers.
