Right now, we're seeking a Director, Office of the CEO who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role This newly created Director role will be lead the Office of the CEO functions and will be oversee the Board and TAC Executive leadership team governance. This role is responsible for providing specialist advisory to the CEO and supports key relationships between the CEO and critical internal and external stakeholders, contributing to TAC's efficient operation and delivery of strategic objectives. About the Team Reporting to the CEO, this role will have three direct reports and will oversee the Office of the CEO, including the Company Secretary Function, ensuring sound corporate governance practice and administration excellence to achieve a high performing TAC board authorising environment. What we're looking for Strategic Executive Experience Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse, interpret and apply significant judgement to complex information and to manage issues and identify solutions. Extensive experience in providing high-level strategic and tactical advice to senior stakeholders Operate with integrity, professionalism and confidence Demonstrates high level of discretion, trust and pragmatism, ensuring the TAC's interests are safeguarded whilst being exposed to highly sensitive and confidential matters. Strong stakeholder management skills Proven capability in developing and managing strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Ministerial Officers, Government Departments and relevant agencies.
