About the RoleVia is a leading technology company transforming the way the world moves. As a Transportation Solutions Principal, you will be the face and voice of Via for our partners, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop and optimize advanced transportation networks.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Success: Own the success of advanced transportation systems in our partner's cities, acting as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership.Strategic Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to our partners, helping to convert their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities for Via.Strategic Decision-Making: Contribute to the strategic decision-making, rigorous project planning, and entrepreneurial approach required to ensure success of Via solutions in a given city.Data Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis from large quantities of data produced from our platform, helping executives decipher mobility, demographic, and sustainability trends within their communities.Partnership Development: Negotiate multi-year and highly complex partnership agreements between Via and public agencies.RequirementsMinimum 7+ years of relevant client-facing work experience, including consulting, consultative customer success, or success at a high-growth company.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, handle complex situations, and take on formal and informal leadership roles.Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building relationships and driving growth.Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.Excellent team player, with a growth mentality and a passion for mentoring others.What We OfferCompetitive salary, with a range of CAD$130K-$140K.Generous and comprehensive benefits package, including free medical plans and 401K matching.Via is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace.
