The Pre Sales Solution Architect will work closely with the commercial team to ensure appropriate solutions are being developed to meet client needs.
This will be across Advisory, Offensive and Defensive solutions.
The Solutions Architect will have a focus on technology solutions, rather than widgets.
You will be responsible for working with the commercial team on new prospects as well as existing customers to ensure their needs are met.
Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales and business success.
You will work closely with our growing team of Business Development Managers and Account Managers.
This role will work with the commercial team to scope projects, build solutions for clients and ensure appropriate details are captured to ensure we are delivering quality.
This is a highly technical role, and an intimate knowledge of cybersecurity services is crucial.
Requirements Specific activities, duties and deliverables include but are not limited to the following: Support commercial team with solution selling into prospect account base Run client SOC presentations from a technical perspective Undertake Penetration Testing scoping with clients at a technical level Work with clients to understand Advisory needs around risk assessments, strategy development and other GRC efforts Act as the technical stakeholder during Incident Response commercial discussions - including Incident Response Plans, Playbooks and Wargames Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses Other tasks as required Proven experience in a client facing role Proven track record as a technical security expert Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in cybersecurity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation and creativity skills Willingness to travel Proactively look for new areas to learn Excellent personal presentation, suitable for a professional environment Great written and verbal communication skills Capability to go the extra mile for customers to deliver on their needs.
