Venue Manager

A state-of-the-art leisure centre based in Keilor East is looking for a Venue Manager to join their team. About the role: The Venue Manager will manage 4 Head of departments, with approximately 150 indirect reports. Ideally, to be successful in this role, the person must have managed a team of a similar size. Coming from an Aquatics background is crucial for this position because a large part of the leisure centre is aquatics based. The Venue Manager exists to build an excellent team to delight their customers and add value to the Keilor East community.
