Responsibilities Lead team in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production and facility equipment Assist Maintenance Supervisor in managing daily workload and ensuring efficient service delivery Plan and resource Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and maintenance breakdowns & repairs Plan and resource lifting equipment certification and tool calibration Promote continuous improvement and active problem-solving within the team Demonstrate strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment Provide leadership and line management, coordinating workloads and supporting team performance Monitor issues and ensure targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met Participate in safety and quality incident investigations Develop and mentor team members, focusing on performance and safety Act independently with outcomes reviewed by organizational head, impacting function success Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in Tool Maintenance & Calibration Field Familiarity with SAP or similar systems In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance practices Experience in handling a team Experience with Wind Turbine Installation and OMS Knowledge preferred but not essential Skilled in interpreting DMS documents and circuit diagrams for troubleshooting Self-accountability Goal setting for the team Strong analytical skills Ability to work under pressure Team collaboration Continuous learning and improvement What We Offer A strong safety culture Dynamic and fast-paced work environment An opportunity to work with the world leader in wind energy The opportunity to further develop your skills and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
