ABOUT THE JOB We have exciting opportunities for some passionate and creative individuals to join our Visual Merchandising teams at the Cotton On Group.
If you have had experience in a Visual Merchandising related role (Coordinator, Specialist or Manager), then you've come to the right place! Bring your exceptional creative skills and your love of fashion to our teams! ABOUT YOU Degree / qualification in a relevant field i.e.
Visual Merchandising, Fashion Experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role i.e.
Support Centre VM, Space Planner role etc Proven experience in a Management role, where you have successfully lead and developed a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders Proven problem solving abilities to assess options, identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions with the Visual Merchandise remit Experience control budgets, with the ability to plan ahead and foresee opportunities Strong organisation, planning and time management skills Proficient ability in Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office OUR CULTURE To describe COTTON: ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.
