Become part of our team of more than 19,000 employees worldwide and shape your future at HUGO BOSS! Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Team Leader will manage and oversee the day to day operations of the warehouse function.
What you can expect: Lead and oversee the warehouse operations including pick-pack, dispatch and delivery.
Manage the resources within the warehouse team to ensure the daily operational requirements can be met, whilst also ensuring labour resources targets are met.
Assist in the inventory management within the warehouse including supporting in the annual warehouse stocktake.
Supervise and direct the team to ensure efficient and safe operation of the warehouse.
Improve the efficiency of the team through comprehensive training, coaching and development.
Ensure that the entire warehouse meets with OH&S standards and regulations.
Your profile: Previous experience in working in a warehouse environment.
Experience in managing and directing a team is highly desirable.
A forklift license is preferred but not essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to raise performance through a hands-on approach to leadership.
