We are currently seeking an experienced Warranty Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our warranty department.
The Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Warranty Manager to oversee the warranty team of six warranty officers.
The successful candidate will ensure that all warranty claims are processed efficiently and effectively while developing and implementing robust warranty procedures and policies.
This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and product reliability.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership – Manage and mentor a team of 6 warranty officers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Policy Development – Develop and implement comprehensive warranty procedures and policies to streamline claim processing and enhance customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis – Analyse warranty data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Departmental Collaboration – Liaise with production, supply chain, quality, and customer service departments to address and resolve warranty issues promptly and effectively.
Continuous Improvement – Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warranty department to enhance efficiency, reduce claim processing time, and improve overall service levels.
Budget Management – Oversee the warranty budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations and rework is performed without compromising on quality.

To be considered for this position you must possess the following: Proven experience as a Warranty Manager or similar role.
Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or a related field.
