Job no: 942537 Work type: Permanent / Full time Location: Support Office - Docklands Myer is looking for two Web Content Publishers to play a pivotal role in building, managing, and maintaining the end-to-end website content using Content Management System (CMS). This position ensures the accurate and timely execution of content updates to enhance the online customer experience at Myer. About the Role: Build and schedule content for multiple pages across the website including HP, CLPs, PLPs & Content Pages within the Content Management System (CMS) Act as a primary user of the Content Management System (CMS), efficiently navigating and utilising its features to publish and update content Ensure all content is published in accordance with set go-live dates and ensure timely removal of expired content Ensure all content adheres to guidelines across creative, brand & accessibility Coordinate the post verification process (PVT) and ensure any content amendments are actioned in an accurate and timely manner Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to promptly identify and resolve content errors, ensuring timely corrections and adherence to guidelines across the site Respond quickly to any website critical incidents that require actioning in the CMS Maintain clear and open communication with relevant teams to escalate issues during critical incidents, ensuring that content remains accurate and compliant with established guidelines Work closely with the Production Manager to identify areas for content and process improvements within the CMS About You: Previous experience in e Commerce, Marketing, Digital Content, ideally in the retail sector Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail is a must, along with a focus on delivering exceptional quality of work A natural collaborator with the ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with stakeholders Flexibility in hours worked, with minimal weekend work required (Key Trade Events) Benefits to you: Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave – arrange work around your life, not life around work A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for success Career growth and succession opportunities across the business We welcome applications from people of diverse backgrounds, whether it's gender, sexuality, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, and neurodiversity.
