You will need to be experienced in; - Drafting complex wills, enduring powers of attorney and binding death benefit nominations - Estate planning and farm succession planning - Part IV / TFM litigation - Estate planning presentations If you have a solid career history and are at, or approaching SA level with demonstrated complex will drafting experience, this is the perfect role for you.
