Managing a tidy portfolio of 90 Retail and Commercial Properties, this is an excellent opportunity with mentorship and support.
This role is designed to grow into a Department Manager position as you demonstrate leadership and success.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Conduct lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews.
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and compliance to uphold asset quality.
Prepare and manage budgets, reporting regularly on financial performance.
Provide strategic advice to clients to maximise the value of their assets.
Collaborate with team members to ensure operational excellence.
Mentor junior staff as part of your progression towards department leadership.
About You Proven experience in commercial property management.
Strong understanding of property law, lease agreements, and compliance.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Financial acumen, including budget preparation and reporting.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
Leadership potential with the desire to step into a management role.
