As a Property Risk and Compliance Assessor in our Environment team, you'll address Australia's biggest challenges, enhancing both built and natural environments.
This role involves preserving resources, ensuring safety, and building future-ready infrastructure for thriving communities.
What you'll do: Undertake compliance and risk assessments and gap analyses for a diverse range of properties, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending effective remediation strategies in areas such as confined spaces, hazardous materials, hazardous chemicals, fire safety, traffic management, environmental management and contractor management.
Collaborate with clients to provide guidance on compliance-related matters and serve as a trusted advisor in optimising property management processes.
Stay abreast of evolving compliance regulations and trends within the property industry to provide proactive recommendations and anticipate potential challenges.
About you: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience; Experience (1-5 years) in property risk and compliance assessments/health & safety, some of which should ideally be in a consulting or advisory capacity.
Working knowledge of relevant regulations and standards and a track record of successfully applying them to diverse property portfolios.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
