We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties Handle tenant inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner Conduct regular property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and identify matters needing attention Coordinate and schedule property repairs and maintenance with vendors Prepare and maintain lease agreements, amendments, and renewals Work with real estate agents to help lease vacancies Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements related to property management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field Previous experience in property management or other related fields Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices Excellent customer relationship management skills with the agility to effectively communicate with tenants and vendors Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties simultaneously Company Description: Space Coast Professional Properties is a commercial real estate owner/developer with properties in Central and South Brevard County, Florida.
