Feel free to reach out and apply today! Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues in a Windows environment. Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Share Point environments. Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers and switches. Work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and projects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies. Required Skills/Qualifications: Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency Proven experience in a Level 1/2 Support role, preferably within an MSP environment. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft suite (365, Active Directory, Azure, Share Point). Experience with networking equipment such as routers and switches (desirable) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
