Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Business Services Specialism IFS - Human Capital (HC) Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary A career in the Talent Delivery Team, within Business Services, delivers transactional and strategic support across the entire human capital lifecycle.
You'll focus on collaborating closely with human capital professionals to help drive the Firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm-wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm-wide success in the marketplace.
As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Basic Qualifications Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Basic Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Providing administrative support Maintaining quality control standards compliant with policies Creating and maintaining process documentation Utilizing relevant technology, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), Alteryx, Google and other firm sponsored web-based technologies.
Working with confidential data Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Adapting to a rapidly changing environment Identifying and implementing process improvements Providing tactical support that enables the team to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness Preferred Qualifications Degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Ability to analyze escalation, resolve issues and team with management to improve ongoing processes, aligning with strategic transformation efforts Making decisions and solving problems independently, expectation to consult with a supervisor on more difficult issues.
