Accommodation Services Manager

Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development) SRS are seeking a full-time energetic, dynamic manager with drive and ambition to lead the supported accommodation team.
This division of SRS provides 24/7 quality training and supports for people with disabilities in more than 60 plus properties.
The purpose of the Accommodation Service Manager is to lead by example in the allocated divisions.
To be responsive to the Active Support Leaders; the Active Support Assistants and Team leaders/coordinators.
To work closely with the Services Manager sharing the resources; learnings and supporting each other during peak periods and leave periods.
Must have a good sense of humour and enjoy being part of a team environment.
Regional relocation incentives up to $20,500 available (eligibility criteria applies).
Salary range $118,000 to $140,000 based on qualification level; experience and inclusive of all benefits and superannuation.
