Account Manager - Marketing and Activations

THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, who is passionate about helping to build places that people love.
Under the direction of the Managing Director, the Account Manager will coordinate and manage a diverse range of clients from our Melbourne office. Their role primarily is to manage all client interactions and project manage project scope items from both internal and external resources.
The role is responsible for:
Management, documentation, and coordination of all interactions with clients on an ongoing basis.
Provide ongoing updates to clients as required.
Coordinate and project manage all internal and external marketing, creative, and project teams to deliver project outcomes for clients.
Project administration, including the development of cost proposals, creative briefs, proposal presentations, reports, basic agreements, and correspondence.
Working closely with internal and external project teams to deliver activation and initiatives on the ground.
Attending all activation activities and events where necessary.
Working closely with the strategy and design team, providing briefs and direction that support the marketing and communications of projects and activation.
The role location will be based out of our Melbourne office in the Melbourne CBD.
The role will involve occasional interstate travel, primarily to our Sydney office, for training and company engagement purposes.

WHAT WE ASK YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
At least four years of account management experience
Some event and activations management experience
Proven experience working as key contact for a client
Proven experience in nurturing client relationships
Proven digital and social media marketing experience
Ability to manage a team successfully
Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing and engaging personality
Ability to travel interstate
