For the right candidate, we are offering a retainer with unparalleled commission structures - OTE $210,000 - $310,000+.
Day-to-Day You will be responsible for: The sale of Extended Warranties, Surface Coatings, Interior & Exterior Treatments, Electronics, Scratch & Dent Memberships, and a myriad of other products.
Building rapport and interacting with customers face-to-face or over the phone.
Monitoring KPIs and individual performances of Sales Reps and Departments.
Registering warranties and individual products.
Reporting of figures.
Attributes to be successful in this role: Possess a dynamic driven attitude with strong customer relationship building skills.
Financially hungry with a desire and passion to sell and deliver our aftercare product range.
Initiative-taking, self-motivated, and driven to achieve strong sales results.
Professionally conduct product presentations to customers, both face-to-face and follow up via phone or email.
Effective communication skills with a natural negotiation ability to facilitate the growth and development of business profitability.
Efficiently and effectively follow up all customer inquiries ensuring a positive customer experience is achieved.
Data Integrity, maintaining effective customer records.
Proven sales experience from any industry is desirable.
