Right now, we're seeking an Agile Lead (Analytics) who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things.
About the role Are you passionate about driving agile transformation and delivering customer-centric solutions? As an Agile Lead (Analytics) within the Performance, Risk & Strategy division, you will mentor and support cross-functional teams to foster a high-performing culture.
You will play a crucial role in delivering prioritised business solutions while enhancing agile practices and methodologies.
You will apply human-centered design principles and agile practices to facilitate the delivery of solutions that meet user needs and deliver value.
Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, day-to-day accountabilities will include facilitating workshops and supporting/managing agile ceremonies, coaching teams, maintaining a prioritised backlog, guiding managers, supporting streams from a resourcing and planning perspective, and empowering teams to deliver efficiently.
About the Team Join the Performance Insights & Analytics branch in our Geelong office, where you will collaborate with a dedicated team committed to shaping the strategic direction of the TAC.
Our division is responsible for Actuarial, Performance Analytics, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Risk Management, and Strategy functions.
We value innovation, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder engagement to deliver outcomes that align with TAC's strategic goals.
What we're looking for Agile Expertise You will be certified in Agile Frameworks such as Scrum, SAFE, or LESS, with significant experience as an Agile Coach, RTF, Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager.
Leadership & Coaching Demonstrated ability to foster high-performing cultures, coach both teams and individuals on agile best practices, and drive key business outcomes through agile methodologies.
Stakeholder Management You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions.
