Communicate with potential customers to understand their targets and technical challenges, guiding and supporting customers' cloud computing strategies and digital transformation.
Develop and present high-quality solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to help customers understand the advantages of Alibaba Cloud technologies and how to apply these technologies to solve practical problems.
Participate in the bidding process of important projects and prepare technical proposals, designs, cost analysis, and other documents.
Work closely with the internal team during the implementation phase, ensuring solutions are successfully implemented and continuously optimized.
Focus on industry dynamics and technology development trends, continuously optimizing Alibaba Cloud's product and service positioning in the Mexican market.
Position Requirements At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry, with design experience in cloud computing solution architecture.
Deep understanding and practical experience in mainstream cloud services (such as Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S); familiarity with Alibaba Cloud product system will be given priority.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to effectively cooperate with diversified customers and technical teams.
Experience in large-scale project management and delivery, with the ability to cope with the challenges and decision-making of technical problems in complex scenarios.
Familiarity with industry characteristics and market demands within Mexico and Latin America.

Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish and English.
