Job Description:
The duties of the Analyst (Organization) will include, but are not limited to:
Assess current supply chain structures, methodologies, and protocols across factories in Sri Lanka and warehouses in Australia to boost operational efficiency and resolve logistical challenges.
Engage with suppliers and logistical partners in Australia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and India to align business objectives, strategies, and plans, ensuring maximum resource utilization and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Evaluate the frameworks and chains of command within warehouse facilities in Melbourne, New South Wales, and Perth, guiding the organization toward more efficient setups and addressing operational challenges.
Conduct thorough analyses of warehouse and distribution workflows to identify areas for improvement and streamline procedures, ensuring the timely delivery of products across Australia.
Oversee the development and refinement of operational manuals, reports, and records related to the distribution and importation of Sri Lankan food brands to optimize processes and redefine job roles as necessary.
Contribute to the implementation of approved logistical and operational initiatives, reviewing warehouse and distribution protocols, and identifying deviations from industry best practices.
Analyze industry trends and supply chain dynamics to align organizational objectives with efficient management practices and heightened customer satisfaction in the Australian market.
Identify challenges faced by customers and clients, dissect root causes, and craft solutions to streamline operations and improve business outcomes in the food distribution sector.
Assess existing systems and structures within the warehouse and distribution departments, identifying areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with various departments to evaluate and optimize organizational systems and managerial processes, ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers and logistical partners.
Advise on more effective management practices across the supply chain, suggest system enhancements, and implement solutions to drive overall business success and maintain the quality of imported food brands.
Analyze sales records, performance metrics, and replenishment protocols across the distribution network to drive enhanced performance and meet customer demands efficiently.
Propose adjustments to replenishment procedures in warehouses, bolstering recommendations with data-driven insights, and presenting proposals to enhance business performance.
Support the execution of recommendations and craft clear documentation to ensure stakeholders are well-informed of changes, fostering optimal management practices across the supply chain.
Review replenishment procedures in warehouses, advise on deviations from established standards, and ensure adherence to maintain consistent product availability across Australia.
Collaboratively compare anticipated product demand with forecasted levels, aligning inventory management with established business objectives and ensuring the timely distribution of products.
Maintain precision and uniformity in configurations and criteria related to replenishment processes, ensuring consistent product availability and customer satisfaction.
