They have high growth aspirations and need an experienced sales manager to lead the ANZ team.
This role is for a passionate and strategic sales leader with a proven track record of building and developing great sales teams and growing revenue.
This is a strategic and tactical leadership role focusing on lifting team capability, ensuring the continued growth of market share and driving customer satisfaction.
Knowledge and experience dealing within complex sales environment is a requirement for this role.
Duties Implementing the Sales Strategy; Development of sales team; Develop and maintain relationships with key customers for the purpose of securing and extending existing business; Active involvement in key negotiations & contracts.
Qualifications and Experience Minimum five years' sales management experience.
Proven team leadership skills and ability to drive revenue and grow pipeline.
Understanding of complex sales environment.
