About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Application Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our critical enterprise applications, including Click Home and Databuild.
In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to identify improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and ensure successful change management for a smooth user experience.
Reporting to the Project Manager - Housing, your responsibilities will include: Conduct in-depth analysis of enterprise applications, including Click Home and Databuild, to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and potential automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business needs for various applications (including Click Home and Databuild), and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
Develop and implement technical solutions to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience across our enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Click Home and Databuild.
Partner with developers to ensure solutions align with technical feasibility and best practices for all applications, including Click Home and Databuild.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for various applications, prioritizing Click Home and Databuild.
Lead and participate in change management initiatives for application upgrades and rollouts across the enterprise, with a particular emphasis on Click Home and Databuild.
Proactively communicate with stakeholders regarding application updates, changes, and potential roadblocks for all applications, ensuring clear communication.
Become the go-to resource for any application issue, providing expert troubleshooting and solutions across the enterprise, with in-depth knowledge of Click Home and Databuild.
Identify and troubleshoot application issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective resolutions for all applications.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in application development and management.
Conduct training sessions and create training manuals.
About you Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Application Analyst or similar role.
Proven experience in analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues.
Strong understanding of application development lifecycles and methodologies.
Experience with application performance monitoring and optimization tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with a variety of enterprise applications is a plus.
Knowledge of Click Home and Databuild applications is advantageous.
