Application Support Engineer (Eai)

Melbourne based - 12 months contract with extensions likely - Must be AU Citizen (Baseline clearance preferred) Work as an Application Support Analyst with a global consulting firm on one of their government sector projects based out of Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities: As an application support Analyst working in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) team, You are required to be expert in Integration / API based Prod Support, IBM MQ and IBM App Connect Enterprise software, IBM WBI Message Broker Technologies.
On-premises and Cloud Hosting, Capacity Management, and Monitoring.
Mentor junior resources, coach and train as required.
Beginner proficiency in Infrastructure Event Management and IT Infrastructure Operations is recommended.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Must have Skills: Integration / API based Prod Support IBM MQ and IBM App Connect Enterprise software IBM WBI Message Broker Configuration management.
Working knowledge of integration technologies and data extractions mechanisms like MQ, REST, API-based integration, etc., but not limited to.
