We are essential to the clean energy transition and in this role as the Asset Management Systems lead, you will have the responsibility to lead the way of business wide adoption of ISO 55001 principles.
You will play a crucial role as the point of escalations and leading the Asset Management system maintenance as well as the ISO 55001 certification process and maintenance of the certification on an ongoing basis.
With 3 days in the office, 2 days' work from home, this role is based in Southbank, Victoria and is part of the Asset Management Team.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Lead the continuous improvement on Aus Net's Asset Management System and create initiatives across the business to bring efficiencies.
Take ownership of process improvements initiatives, specification and standard improvements and develop new methods of practice.
Ensure traceability of compliance for internal and external audit purposes.
Manage the ISO 55001 re-certification process and support maturity assessments against ISO 55001.
Translate complex business requirements, evaluating options with recommendations that offer comprehensive solutions to achieve strategic business plans/options.
Supervise the actions against opportunities for improvements or non-conformances across the business.
Deliver internal audits of relevant departments to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
Liaise with Health & Safety Department to combine ongoing certification maintenance with other Aus Net ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 4801).
Drive the strategic continuous improvement thinking across the business.
You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Electrical Engineering degree Significant in-depth electrical engineering / asset management experience.
Demonstratable involvement in ISO 55001 implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Utility, energy and/or asset management experience – preferred.
Extensive stakeholder management and commercial acumen experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
