Responsibilities Supports to Project Managers with tactical tasks (such as uploading inventory, triggering materials, drafting and sending communications, request contact load).
Cleaning, validating and uploading client inventory files.
Drafting, validating communications and materials.
Gathering, validating, loading contact information for drivers.
Triggering customer access to platforms.
Service Cloud cases.
AVIS reservations.
RFP's attention and response.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities related to the implementation process.
Education and Experience Bachelor's required or equivalent business experience.
1 to 3 years business experience is required in leasing industry, financial services, operations or customer service.
English B2.
Knowledge and Competencies Strong PC proficiency (including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).
Strong data entry and typing skills.
Strong organization skills (ability to prioritize).
Identify and ask probing questions, gather data, identify options/solutions to a problem or issue.
Ability to implement and adapt to change effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written & oral.
Excellent Customer Service & Relationship skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and foster teamwork and relationships.
