Perioperative Services: Our Perioperative Services are situated in a modern facility with 19 operating theatres, including a Hybrid theatre, three endoscopy suites, and two Cardiac Cath Labs.
Equipped with advanced technology, our department supports over 1800 operations each month.
We focus on patient-centred care through our day-of-surgery admission points, three Post-Anaesthetic Care Units, and two discharge lounges.

As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and exceptional quality of care within our busy department.
In our department, you will be a resource for your team, actively participate in quality improvement methodology to ensure a high standard of patient care and play a critical role in the daily running of the department.
About You: As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will leverage your clinical expertise and leadership skills to ensure exceptional patient care and the efficient operation of our department.
Current AHPRA registration.
Victorian Working with Children Check.
Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for developing teams.
