Job Description We have an exciting part-time (0.7), permanent role available in Geelong.
Management opportunities to apply your robust leadership experience and skills to the continued growth of our 30 bed Orthopaedic inpatient unit, providing excellent care to patients, including Complex Pain specialties.
As part of the leadership team, you will report to the Nurse Unit Manager – Orthopaedics.

You will either be in an ANUM role or looking to step into an ANUM role with ideally, 4 years of orthopaedic or acute surgical experience (desirable).
You are a great communicator, flexible in your approach and have natural ability to show compassion and empathy to patients and their families.
You will be passionate about patient care and achieving high quality clinical outcomes.
You are highly accountable and demonstrate a strong supportive and engaging style.
You're keen to progress your career, learn how to lead a unit and are open to mentoring and accessing internal education and development programs that support your journey.
