Responsibilities Successfully implement and manage research trials from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and goals.
Coordinate the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
Provide proven leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Prepare and present detailed reports to collaborators and senior management.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical trials.
Prior experience and understanding in Study Start Up in Australia New Zealand (preferred and advantageous).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate within diverse teams.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to compete in fast-paced environments and deliver world-class results.
