About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and skilled Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist to join the Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry team.
The position involves the provision of Neuropsychology Services, including assessments (cognitive characterisation, diagnostic, decision-making capacity) and behaviour support.
The team provides liaison, support, and education to the broader acute hospital, clients, and their families/carers.
Qualifications and Experience Required: Minimum five years of clinical experience.
Specialist skills in the neuropsychological assessment of acute hospital inpatients, including the assessment of decision-making capacity (medical/financial/lifestyle).
Skills and experience in Behaviour Support Management.
Skills in the triaging of inpatient referrals.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in and with multi-disciplinary teams.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take initiatives and respond to changes in caseload.
