About the role The Northeast Auto Group is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join the team at our Sunshine Coast location.
Working in the Truck workshop you have exposure to a variety of diagnostic and electrical repair work.
We welcome anyone who has worked on trucks, cars, machinery, boats, or farm vehicles.
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, our Auto Electricians are responsible for the diagnosis, repair, servicing, and reporting of electrical faults in trucks.
Along with this, you will be responsible for: Repairing vehicles in line with Job Card; Analysing and diagnosing electrical faults; Planning jobs and ordering required parts; Identifying any additional problems or faults; Completing all paperwork regarding work performed; Maintaining a commitment to safety in the workplace.
About you Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology (essential); Dual trade (advantageous); Heavy Vehicle and/or forklift license (desirable); Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills; Ability to successfully prioritize workload; Ability to work autonomously.
