In this job you will: As a Management Accountant at DHL, you will play a vital role in the financial operations of the organization.
Your responsibilities will encompass stakeholder management, budget forecasting, and driving process improvement with a business partnering mindset.
This role is required to ensure we meet the internal control, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements of DHL as well as the Federal and State authorities.
Here is an overview of the key aspects of this role: Build great relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align successful financial management.
Formulate budgeting and financial forecasts.
Work closely with the business to understand their needs, gathering relevant data, and providing accurate and timely financial insights.
Build and update financial models and dashboards to support business decisions and provide key insights.
Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
You have the following qualities and qualifications: CPA or CA Fully Qualified Accountant or on the path to completion.
Experience in a similar role in a medium to large organization.
Advanced Excel Skills including Macros, Pivot Tables, various charts, and V-lookups.
Highly numerate and process-driven.
Previous experience within the Transport Industry is advantageous.
Have a positive "Can Do" attitude.
