As community Behaviour Support Practitioner , you will provide treatment to disabled, pediatric and elderly clients in their own environments.
You will work closely alongside a team of experienced Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapist Occupational Therapist and Psychologists, using a multi-disciplinary approach to care.
You will be comfortable to work autonomously and manage your own flexible schedule.

Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of clients living in their own homes; Maximise client functional capacity and evaluate their options for ongoing care as required; Develop high quality and evidence-based treatment plans; Complete progress notes and requested reports in a timely manner.
Job Requirement A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis or Allied Health (Social Work, Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy) with relevant professional registration/membership; Minimum one years NDIS Behaviour Support experience; Working knowledge of authorisation and reporting requirements for restrictive practices relevant to state or territory laws and policies; Experience in conducting comprehensive behaviour assessments, and implementing and evaluating behavior support plans, including restrictive practice; Up to date knowledge of the regulatory context and evidence-based practice; Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
