Management (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Join this leading organization undergoing significant growth and lead the Business Intelligence (BI) function and ongoing development of the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Managing a small team across business intelligence, reporting to the Head of Data, and working with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
This is an all-encompassing role covering all aspects of BI.
You will have key accountabilities to: Lead the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse to support strategic, operations, and regulatory reporting of the organization.
You will be involved across architecture, data models, data analytics, and governance.
Lead project delivery end-to-end and work across BI initiatives with key executives.
Support data governance and risk management.
Ensure data quality and integrity across the data warehouse, from the source system to the delivery of reports and data extracts.
Hire and develop the BI team.
Produce effective dashboards, reports, and data sets.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to data risk management and security.
To be considered for this role you will have: Experience across business intelligence and data analytics.
Advanced BI and data warehousing knowledge and experience working with large and complex datasets and across presentation tools such as Power BI.
Experience across the Azure data platform.
Experience working on large data integration projects.
Strong experience in managing BI function and who understands how to lead, coach, and guide teams.
Experience in project management and planning.
Experience implementing or managing a modern data platform using Azure technologies.
Experience working on a large data integration project.
Experience in financial services highly regarded.
Experience in leading, coaching, and guiding BI Developers.
Strong planning and project management skills.
A passion for what you do and a high level of communication and presentation skills to be able to deal at the executive level.
This role is initially a 12-month fixed-term permanent position, but it will go permanent.
