About the role: Our Melbourne studio is searching for a passionate and organised Bid Manager who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will lead all aspects of the submissions process, including planning, production and post-bid measurement, as well as support local business development and marketing activities.
Reporting to the Communications Manager, you'll be comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team.
Embedding yourself into COX life, you'll form relationships with leaders and interface with the national marketing group.
The role will be supported as needed by a coordinator working across bids and communications.
The role includes: • Producing submission documents, coordinating internal and subconsultant input, writing and graphic design• Maintaining marketing collateral and submission content• Producing pitch and presentation material• Driving post-bid reviews and analysis• Identifying, tracking and reporting leads and opportunities• Supporting the Communications Manager with business development initiatives, client events, sponsorship and partnership coordination About you:• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role (architecture, engineering, construction or professional services preferred)• Experience in large scale, multi-faceted bid management• Adept at understanding tender requirements and deadlines• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines / manage conflicting priorities• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Proficiency in In Design and working within brand guidelines and templates (Illustrator and Photoshop a plus)• Adaptable and forward thinking with a strong attention to detail Qualifications: • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or Visual Communication preferred or significant relevant experience If you're a team player who enjoys being part of a vibrant office culture, then we'd like to hear from you.
