Our sessions are presented by experienced but young tutors who can teach the study design in a simple and intuitive yet engaging way. The Role We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing & Enrolment Specialist to join our team, full-time (40 hours per week) at the Melbourne CBD campus. In this role, you will be the go-to person for managing the billing process, ensuring smooth enrolment operations, and supporting our customer service and sales teams with timely invoicing and account updates. Key Responsibilities Invoice Management : Edit and manage invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness, addressing any necessary adjustments promptly. Debt Collection : Communicate with students and parents regarding overdue invoices through phone calls, emails, and texts, maintaining our commitment to friendly and respectful interactions. Enrolment Coordination : Track enrolment forms and follow up on incomplete submissions to ensure all student records are up to date. CRM Maintenance : Keep student and parent records accurate and current in our CRM, supporting seamless enrolment and billing processes. Ticket Management : Address and resolve enrolment and billing-related tickets from the Sales and Customer Service teams efficiently. Ad Hoc Enquiries : Respond to billing and enrolment questions as they arise, providing clear and helpful support to students and parents.
