The start date is Monday 16th December for one week where you will be provided an induction and opportunities for shadowing. The role will commence again on the 6th January 2025. The end date is 14th March 2025. 3 days per week required: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Key Duties for the role: This is a really interesting role that would suit someone who has run their own small business in the past or someone with bookkeeping, accounts, and administrative skills. Orders: Processing orders in MYOB & Aust Post - from eway, Pay Pal, Amazon Bank deposits Pack orders Bookkeeping: Administer quotes Manage back-orders Create invoices and quotes Bank reconciliation: Monthly invoice/payments Warehouse storage users Australia Post Amazon payments Humanitix payments Admin tasks: Answer phone calls and emails - respond or transfer as required Filing - invoices Agenda & minutes for meetings General filing Bookshop display stock What makes this such a great role for you: Casual role, 3 days per week. $38.42 per hour plus 25% casual loading.
