What's on offer? You will be responsible for completing take offs accurately and within budgeted timelines to ensure a cost-effective and efficient build process.
Your role will involve creating an accurate bill of quantity (BOQ) and a set of purchase orders for each job to accurately forecast the cost of each build.
Responsibilities include: Ensure working drawings, specifications, contracts and variations are aligned Detailed margin analysis Resolve ordering oversights Assist the construction team with site related requests Identify extra to order trends What can you bring? You will be passionate about furthering your career in the Building industry and will have a proven ability in undertaking a similar role with a volume builder.
Your resume will display: Previous production estimating experience Tertiary building and construction qualifications A proven ability in reading and interpreting architectural working drawings, engineering, soil reports and specifications An excellent understanding of residential construction methods Relentless when faced with challenges Who are we?
