About the role About the team As a Business Analyst at Xero, you will drive product and customer initiatives within our Xero.com team. The Xero.com team is responsible for Xero's global website and the Xeus design system. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to develop beautiful experiences for both our customers and internal users. What you'll be responsible for Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis. Execution and Project Management: Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines to support the organization's goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights.
