As the Business Analyst Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the BA practice within our organisation.
You will lead a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high performance and competency.
Your expertise in business analysis will help articulate requirements, expected outcomes, and measures of success for various projects.
What you'll be doing? Build and standardise the BA practice across projects, establishing consistent business analysis artifacts.
Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, focusing on competency development and performance management.
Analyse, communicate, and validate changes to business processes, policies, information, and systems.
Utilise knowledge of Agile delivery best practices, including Behavior Driven Development and discovery-to-delivery facilitation.
Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io, Visio, and MS Power Point for documentation and collaboration.
Apply analysis skills in AS-IS, TO-BE, GAP analysis, feasibility studies, opportunity assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and trade-off sliders.
To be successful in the role you'll have: 7+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
Experience in warehouse management or supply chain verticals is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
