Business Development & Enterprise Manager

BRMC currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a range of new and emerging business development opportunities.
The Business Development & Enterprise Manager will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer plus internal and external stakeholders to develop, manage and progress these opportunities.
The key objective is to create and develop diversified revenue streams to support the ongoing work BRMC does for multicultural communities in the Ballarat and Grampians region, and to set up processes such that such revenue streams are sustainable. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key role which will significantly impact the ability of BRMC to continue to provide a range of services demanded by our growing multicultural community.
BRMC has identified several existing opportunities for revenue growth that require additional effort to take them through to realisation. This new role is key to this happening, and is an exciting opportunity for an energetic person who is looking to make an impact.
Skills & Experience
This role is perfect for a highly motivated, results-driven professional who has demonstrated experience in business development – ideally within a charitable or not-for-profit organisation. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following experience and qualities:

Strong communication and organisational skills
Financial literacy
A passion for social impact

Note:
This is a part-time 0.8 FTE position, available currently for one year with the possibility of extension.
