Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the blue-collar sector, and convert.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Pre-Requisites Proven B2 B sales experience or a background in labour hire recruitment.
