Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a result-driven Business Development Manager to join us in our Moorabbin office where you will not only be immersed in a vibrant and fast-paced culture, but also have the potential to receive generous earnings with our uncapped commission scheme.
We're looking for an ambitious, energetic, motivated individual to join us as we grow our footprint across Australia.
Responsibilities: Strategically identify new opportunities, developing call cycles and sales strategies to secure new business Proactively create and maintain a solid pipeline of new business opportunities Generate strong sales leads through your networks & build relationships with potential clients Prepare sales reports and manage the tender process of marquee opportunities Be involved in the onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth transition for all Prepare and deliver sales presentations Work closely and effectively with a range of departments What we're looking for: 2+ years' work experience in a comparable sales role or in logistics and supply chain management Experience within a fast-paced and demanding business environment Proven track record highlighting sales achievements Ability to work autonomously and get involved with all aspects of the business Self-motivated and a natural drive to be your best and reap the rewards Why join efm Logistics?
