This role seeks a dedicated Business Development Manager for our port machinery department, who will be responsible for driving sales in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Description Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base in the port machinery sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive growth.
Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Organise and participate in industry-specific events and conferences.
Produce accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Ensure achievement of sales targets in the port machinery department.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile A successful Business Development Manager should have: Relevant educational qualifications in business, sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in selling telehandlers or material handlers.
Strong knowledge of port machinery and related products.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
A drive for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Job Offer An attractive salary package ranging up to AUD 130,000 per year, inclusive of car, bonus (4 months potential), and super.
