About the Role We are urgently recruiting for an experienced BDM (preferably with a Saa S industry background or passion for IT solutions) to join this existing sales team in Melbourne.
The BDM plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organisation.
Your experience will span across the full sales cycle to identify and capture new business opportunities within your dedicated territory within VIC (East or South & CBD).
Your Experience Previous New business BDM experience within a Saa S or related sales solutions.
Experience with Challenge Sales Methodology is highly desirable; however, commercial acumen is essential, and a willingness to learn and apply this methodology is required.
Embrace a results-oriented mindset, showcasing the ability to overcome obstacles and prioritize tasks to accomplish objectives.
Excellent time management and task-switching capabilities.
A self-starter, goal-oriented, and commercially savvy individual who excels in both team-based and autonomous environments.
Company Culture/Benefits Base salary is $120-$130 K + super + car allowance + uncapped and competitive commission structure.
