Business Development & Operations Manager Commercial Plastering and Interior Fitout Business Clayton Office Location Base Salary circa $100 K plus Superannuation, Car/Car Allowance This successful family-owned company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality plastering, internal fitouts, and partitioning for commercial customers.
As the business experiences consistent growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development & Operations Manager to join the group, working both in the field and out of the Clayton office.
Reporting to the Director, you will build relationships and rapport with the existing commercial client base.
You will act as a point of contact for queries and job updates, liaising with Site Supervisors and assisting with the coordination of labor.
Additionally, you will identify opportunities with prospective new customers and oversee a small office operation, including a team of three office-based Estimators.
With previous experience in commercial plastering, partitions, shop-fitting, or similar, you will be a people person with excellent communication skills.
You will be confident in building relationships and have the ability to lead a small team to achieve positive outputs.
